For coordinate range and datum checking, accuracy is effectively 100% — these are deterministic rules. For outlier detection, we use configurable sigma thresholds (default 3σ) with a ~94% detection rate on real-world datasets we've tested. You always review the flags — the AI is your second set of eyes, not your replacement.

Yes — after professional review. The AI drafts content; you as a licensed surveyor review, correct, and sign. Our audit trail records every change, creating documentation that supports your professional liability position. We recommend adding a standard notation that sections were AI-assisted and reviewed by a licensed professional. Check your state board's specific guidance — most are permissive as long as the licensed professional is responsible for the final product.
